| Here's my Jobinion |
| After a decade of sliding down the 'we can't fail' slope (even though all evidence pointed to the contrary), Pfizer had a good chance of turning itself around - unfortunately, the willingness to settle for average that already permeated the company has reappeared thanks to the Wyeth deal. There are just too many people at Pfizer who are willing (not happy) to turn up and carry on regardless, without challenging the madness of every day - there's too much history of it being lucrative NOT to rock the boat. A pity - a noble purpose, scale to make a difference, but too many leaders and colleagues who are just unwilling to make the personal change to make it happen. |
