| A very schizophrenic place. A public face that wants to be taken seriously, and a reality that's really removed from that. Employees forget it's a marketing firm. Sales and numbers are the bottom line, period. CB management talks a good game about everything else, but would throw their own grandmothers under a bus to hit target numbers. Many people have a positive opinion of the CEO, but I think he's too busy trying to be Bono (saving Africa and paying attention to pretty interns) to really be in tune with the needs of the business. |
