Where you work is important.

Not just in a "yeah, it's where I earn money for the times when I'm not at work" important. We mean REALLY important.

Because life's too short to work for crap companies. They can damage your health, wealth and happiness and strip you of your potential to do your very best work. We want you to know what it's like working for any company. And the best people to tell it like it is are the people working there already and others who have interviewed with the company.

We created Jobinions because there was nowhere to tell it like it is.

Jobinions is founded on the belief that the working world can be better and that we can help each other make great career decisions. With that in mind, we ask only three things:

1. Please be honest - don't sugar-coat hard truths or make mountains out of molehills
2. Please be transparent - tell it like it really is, the good, the bad AND the ugly
3. Participate with respect - this is a free forum but we will close it down if posts become personal or insulting

Once we get enough Jobinions posted, we'll publish scorecards on companies - so that we can really see the best of the best - and the worst of the worst.
